A person with a Growth (Learners) Mindset are fully aware of the huge amount of hard work they have to put in in order to succeed. They also consider failure and rejections as part of their
learning journey and they tend to embrace the challenges they come across in order to reach their

For me a learners mindset has always been key, but I have also received much valuable help from others both during practices and competitions, in order to grow.

It is important to spread and share my knowledge if it means that I can help others to grow.
