The words above I said as a 9 year old boy and the kitchen has always been my favorite playground. Throughout life ”having fun” has been the basis of many of my choices. When at a crossroad in life, I always tend to choose the path that feels the most enjoyable.

If things do not end up the way I want - at least I've had some fun along the way!

The day I understood that one could compete in culinary competitions, that’s the day I knew I had found my path. To develop and measure oneself in something so subjective as the Art of Cooking and to work as a Team towards a common goal - that is something I am very passionate about!
