Since the Summer of 2022 I have been working for Aira, a one-star restaurant located in the Royal Park of Djurgården in Stockholm. In their amazing test kitchen I have privilege to work as a consultant developing new ideas and dishes. It is an incredibly exciting job which gives me an outlet for my creativity. This is where I rest and this is where I put my mind into a very solution-oriented state.

Recipe Development
Throughout the years I have collected experiences and gained a lot of knowledge from different competitions and collaborations. With this knowledge I have been perfecting recipes and setting up a template of how to do things as smoothly as possible. I consider this information particularly valuable which is why I'd like to share it.
